- Ex-chairman of Next where, under his direction, the once struggling company was turned into a multi-billion pound retail success story. David was also deputy chairman of Morrisons supermarkets and is currently chairman of Littlewoods Shop Direct Group.

- Founder of The Direct Marketing Group and previously group managing director of Millennium Marketing and Communications Group. Prior to that Martin was group marketing director of Saga.
- Kevin Lavery

- Agency Group Managing Director
- Previously executive creative director of Millennium Marketing and Communications Group, Kevin is an advertising and direct marketing specialist with over 30 years experience having started his career with O&M in the early 70s.
- Joe Widdup ACA MSI

- Group Finance Director
- Joe is both a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Securities Institute and was previously a Corporate Finance Partner in Baker Tilly’s northern region. His clients included a range of private and AIM-listed companies for which he provided strategic advice on acquisitions, disposals, AIM flotations, fund raising and due diligence.
- Steve Andrews

- Group Director of Charity Marketing
- Steve has worked in charity direct marketing for over 15 years on both agency and client side. In the last 8 years as Chairman and MD of Whitewater , he has overseen fast growth and the establishment of Whitewater as one of the top direct marketing agencies to the voluntary sector in the UK.
- Trevor Speight

- Group Operations Director
- Previously a director on the Millennium board, Trevor has been with the group since 2001 and been involved in many aspects of the business and its development. He has over 20 years experience in the industry working with BPCC and The Lettershop Group in the early years before co-founding Concept, a successful data and fulfilment company.
