Joe is both a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Securities Institute and was previously a Corporate Finance Partner in Baker Tilly’s northern region. His clients included a range of private and AIM-listed companies for which he provided strategic advice on acquisitions, disposals, AIM flotations, fund raising and due diligence.
